History KHZ in its original name: Koetsier, Hekman, van Zutphen was established in 1977 in Alphen a/d Rijn, a centrally located city within the Randstad of the Netherlands. Our goal was and still is: to offer a wide service and solution package for private individuals, international corporations, and organizations that relocate their employees overseas. There appeared to be a market for a company with a renewed look about relocating and moving. An organization that understands the personal aspect and emotion involved with relocation and can provide innovative, turnkey solutions. An organization that has customized answers for all of the possible relocation issues that might surface with a transfer abroad. A couple of years after the original founding the renowned companies Kalisvaart in The Hague and Kiesewetter in Den Helder were acquired. Each of these companies were known for their regional reputation. After the acquisition the company continued to operate under its current name KHZ International Movers.
Three Locations During the past 30 years, KHZ International Movers has established itself as a superior, innovative and financially sound firm with three locations within the Netherlands: Alphen a/d Rijn, The Hague, and Den Helder. Among some of our clients are multinational companies, government organizations and private individuals. Our headquarters is located in a very modern business park close to the N11, in between Amsterdam and The Hague with some of the most ultramodern facilities for removals, packaging and storage.
