Current vacancies: Sales Coördinator Goal The goal of this position is to book removals based on pre-registered prospects and the continuation of profiling KHZ in the market.
Activities Telephone intakes with (private) customers/accounts and maintaining communication with accounts.The customer is already interested in KHZ, so there is no cold sales acquisitioning. The move needs to be “sold” by the Sales Coördinator by giving out information and a quote. Making appointments for our outside sales representatives and completion of involved administration. Follow up of rate requests by our worldwide removal partners, handling quotes and the after sales. About 60% of all communication will be in English. The E-system we use is Move Manager.
Position requirements - HBO think and work level with a number of years of work experience in commercial work
- Substantial knowledge of verbal and written communication in the Dutch and English language
- Knowledge of MS-Office programs

Operations Coördinator Goal The goal of this position is to coördinate a booked (inter)national removal from A to Z..
Activities - Accompanying of the (administrative) process of booked (inter)national removals
- Accurate registration of the file in the used E-system Move Manager
- Examining and handling of customs process; importing and exporting documentation of goods
- Invoicing of completed removals, in communication with the Sales Coördinator and/or responsible Account Manager
- Telephone, fax, post or email correspondence with subcontractors and their employees/partners
- Registering of written correspondence and communication, under supervision of the Sales Coördinator
- Providing and taking care fluent internal and external communication
- Providing sufficient information to parties for the carrying out of removals, actively sharing information to the parties involved in the removal process
Position requirements - Minimum MBO level, if possible a number of years work experience, preferably in the removal and/or transport industry
- Sufficient verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch and English language
- Knowledge and experience with MS-Office, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of customs formalities and knowledge of the Spanish and/or German language is seen as an advantage
Work place and colleagues The Operations Coördinator works together with a team of energetic colleagues. The work activities are very vast, making everyday different with different activities. There are numerous telephone calls making it very important to give to the point information and being of service to our customers at the same time.
