So who are we? We are (to name but a few) Nadia, Manon, Wayne, Jurgen, Ineke, Carlos, Paulien, Debby and Daisy and we do our absolute utmost every day to keep our customers happy. What are you going to be doing? Simple. You will help customers make the very best and informed choices for their (usually international) relocation and you will literally be doing this by meeting the customer at home, but your time will also be spent at the office and by chatting with the customer via an online video link. You will assess the desirability and feasibility of a particular request, you will call the customer for an initial discussion, which will instantly provide you with the perfect opportunity to win the customer over, you will summarise the actions required (including a home visit), you will convert the requirements into a quotation, you will furnish the customer with a moving proposal, you will call the customer to discuss the proposal, after which the customer will naturally choose you … whatever it takes!
In addition, you will always identify and make use of any opportunities which present themselves to you along the way, whether or not these are the result of cold, warm or hot leads. You will visit business clients and help them reach a well-informed decision to opt for AGS KHZ.
Which qualities do you need to possess in order to have a successful and happy career with us?
You must minimally have a MBO+ (Intermediate Vocational Education) work and thought level, you are a commercially schooled and orientated starter or have already gained some work experience in a commercial (and preferably logistical) environment and you are fully aware there is only one way to achieve success with the customer and that is by establishing a successful connection, the well-known ‘click’.
- You are representative and commercial to the very core, with an authentic personality and with a natural capacity for empathy;
- You are eager to learn and absolutely love winning;
- You can switch quickly and easily, can be highly productive in a stressful environment and, above all, you always look for the best possible deal, both for the customer and for us;
- You thoroughly dislike linguistic errors, your English is very good and you are an easy discussion and sparring partner for foreign customers and business clients;
- Dutch is an advantage but not mandatory;
- You are used to, or you’d like to rise to the challenge of, visiting our customers at home on a daily basis, alternating with Sales activities at our offices in Alphen aan den Rijn, or perhaps sometimes simply from the comfort of your own home.
And you will be doing all of this with a natural thoroughness. You can engage with people at all levels. You may well have contact with private customers who are about to embark on their dream life abroad after many years of planning, but you can just as easily turn your hand to dealing with demanding corporates and employers working within IHR departments.
You understand good and thorough admin is absolutely essential for the process and you feel responsible for, and own, your activities and customers.
