What are you going to do? Not only do we move our own clients around the globe. AGS KHZ also is a well-known and renowned partner for overseas removal companies that need a move partner in the Netherlands. Just as we have partners abroad to take care of our moving services, of course these removal companies also need partners to perform the work for their clients in the Netherlands or throughout Europe. And that is the core of this job.
It is your honourable task to build, maintain and expand our existing relationships with overseas moving partners and find and create new partnerships. So you wear both a purchasing cap and a selling cap. You set rates, you give rates, you consign booked partner moves internally and of course you consign our own moves to overseas partners.
You manage partner (price) agreements that are in place, you are the point of contact in case of escalations or ambiguities, you are the one who monitors quality, you make (annual) rate agreements and you evaluate the collaborations.
Which qualities do you need to have in order to have a successful and happy career with us?
You must minimally have a MBO+ (Intermediate Vocational Education) work and thought level, you are commercially schooled or have already gained work experience in a commercial (and preferably logistical) environment and you are fully aware there is only one way to achieve long term success and that is by establishing a frank and honest relationship.
- You are representative, commercial to the very core, you are an authentic personality with a positive mind-set and with a natural capacity for empathy;
- You are eager to learn and absolutely love winning;
- You can quickly and easily switch, you can be highly productive in a stressful environment and, above all, you always look for the best possible deal, both for your client and for us;
- Your English is very good and you are an easy discussion and sparring partner for foreign clients;
- You have numerical insight, are able to analyse and negotiate;
- Dutch is a huge advantage but not mandatory;
All of this you will be doing with a natural thoroughness. Since you are dealing on a daily base with agents & partners all over the world, you connect well with all cultures and personality types.
You understand good and thorough admin is absolutely essential for the process and you feel responsible for, and own, your activities and clients.
